Great culture has always benefited from curation and exposure to new things. That’s one of the reasons I love craft coffee. While the Keurig machine brought with it some efficiencies, the practice overall loses me. You know, people racing to the one-hitter before rushing to another meeting to drink, well, not-so-good coffee?

Don’t get me wrong. To this day, Jen and I will still hit up a truck stop on a road trip “in a pinch”. But, there is something beautiful about taking as little as 5 minutes to create something amazing and share it with someone you like. It’s a delicious way to signal that they are indeed worth your time.
